(makes 24 macarons)
1 1/2 cup dried dates
4 TBS of almond Butter
2 scoops of MuscleMary Vanilla Dream
1/4 cup shredded coconut
Add dates to a bowl of a food processor and pulse until large crumb like consistency.
Add almond butter and continue to pulse until small crumbs/thick paste is formed.
1 x serving of musclemary® vanilla dream™
2 x bananas (sliced into chunks and frozen)
2 x tbsp of smooth peanut butter
1 x cup almond milk
chopped nuts of your choice
Put musclemary® vanilla dream™, bananas, almond milk and peanut butter into a blender.

1/2 cup Soft Pitted Dates (these need to be sticky, not dry!)
1/2 cup Raw Almonds
1/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1tbsp musclemary Macho Matcha (and a little more for dusting)
1tbsp Almond Milk
